Each Participant should fill a questionaire online. To do so go to the page which lists the meetings of the current year and click on the registration button. The registration is open two month, and closed three weeks, before the beginning of the workshop.
On your first day at the Centre it is imperative that you submit your passport to the Secretariat, so that we may register your personal data. These data will be used to complete the necessary papers for reimbursements.
SUBSISTANCE SUPPORT AND HOTEL BILL
Depending on the financial arrangement which you will have contracted with ECT*, you will be required to pay a fraction or the full amount of your hotel bill. You will be informed of the financial arrangement before your arrival.
Note that participants who ask for a single room will be asked to pay a supplement of about 20€ per night.
Weekend arrangements
The precise arrangment will be communicated to you by the secretary.
On weekdays, a buffet lunch will be served at the Centre. In the evening, dinner will be served at the restaurant "La Baracca", just across the street from the Centre, and at some other restaurants which will be announced. Both lunch and dinner are free of charge for supported participants From time to time, special dinners will be organized by the Centre at various other pleasant restaurants in or near Trento.
SELF-SUPPORTED PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
Such participants can make use of the same restaurants and lodgings as those of the ECT*-supported participants, and they benefit from the advantageous prices granted to the Centre.
EXCEPTIONAL TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENTS
In the exceptional case where ECT* pays for your travel, the following procedure must be followed:
- Upon your arrival submit your tickets to the secretariat for photocopying.
- As soon as you get back home send the original ticket(s) to ECT*.
- Reimbursement will be paid in euros (conversion fees are at the charge of the participants).
Note that ECT* encourages the use of prepaid tickets and prefers to reimburse travel tickets to your home institution or to its travel bureau (because of local taxes, reimbursement to individuals increases the cost by 30%).
